Bonnie Snyder

Bonnie Snyder is Co-Founder and President of Wholehearted Devotion. Bonnie is excited about ministering as a Restoring the Foundations Healing House Network Member since 2013. She is trained in Issue Focus Ministry, Thorough Format Ministry, as a Healing and Deliverance Seminar Leader, and as an Issue Focus Activation Training Seminar Leader.

Bonnie has served in local congregations as the Director of VBS, Women's Ministries and Intercessory Ministry. She ministers prophetically through her teaching and intercessory ministry. 

While spending the past 20+ years as the mother of their two daughters, Bonnie has developed the skills and understanding of spiritual motherhood. She is passionate about seeing individuals grow as they become the person God created them to be and she loves Worship. 

Partnering with her husband Russell, they have been training and teaching people to align with others who have a growing passion to be wholeheartedly devoted to God. They are working with Restoring the Foundation's Integrated Approach to healing. Believing as people live out this wholehearted devotion a plethora of lives will be changed. They live in Southern California.

She has co-authored Are These The Missing Pieces: To Sustaining a Move of God.

Rae Blackburn

Rae Blackburn is the Vice President for Wholehearted Devotion. She was born in Wisconsin, was saved in 1980 and baptized in God’s Holy Spirit shortly thereafter. She and her huband Russell have been married since 1973 and have one adult son. She graduated from Victory Bible Institute in Tulsa, OK. 

Rae and Russell have established their ministry, Institute for Higher Living in Lake Stevens, Washington. Their small group ministry is impacting the lives of people wanting to know God and be filled wit His Spirit. Rae is a prophetic minister as well as a seasoned pastor. God gives her strong messages to provoke the body of Christ and draw us closer to the Lord. She also walks strongly in administrative/organizational gifts. She has been called to train the Body of Christ and equip them with the tools to be released into their destiny.

Russell Snyder

Russell Snyder is the Secretary/Treasurer and Co-founder of Wholehearted Devotion.  Russell is excited about ministering as a Restoring the Foundations Healing House Network Member since 2013. He is trained in Issue Focus Ministry, Thorough Format Ministry, as a Healing and Deliverance Seminar Leader, and as an Issue Focus Activation Training Seminar Leader.

Russell is married to Bonnie Snyder. Russell ministers apostolically and has a gathering anointing. God has blessed him with favor and the heart of a spiritual father. Their hearts are to see people fulfill their dreams and be who God created them to be as they embrace Father God's heart for them. Russell and Bonnie live in Southern California. 

In pursuing his calling Russell has been a Conference Speaker, Guest Preacher, Lead Pastor, Associate Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Church Planter (he has 35+ years of ministry and sharing God's Word in WA, OR, CA, CO, NC, England, Nigeria), as well as Church Consulting (to help with organizing and moving a local congregation to the next leverl). Over his years of ministry he has organized and established Retreats for Youth and Adults. His organizational skills have been used in Large-Scale Event Planning, Staff Development, Public Speaking, Community Training and Outreach, and Facilitating Community Meetings.

He has a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Westmont College, Santa Barbara, CA and a Master of Divinity with a Pastoral Emphais, Western Seminary, Portland, OR.

 

He has written The Prophetic Ministry, Emotions: The Controlling Factor in the Church, and Co-authored with Bonnie Are These The Missing Pieces: To Sustaining a Move of God.  He is currently working to publish his first novel about a move of God in a community in the Northwest.

Russell Blackburn

Russell Blackburn is a member of the Board of Directors of Wholehearted Devotion. He was born in Wisconsin. He was saved in 1980 and baptized in the Holy Spirit shortly thereafter. Russell and his wife Rae have been married since 1973 and have one adult son. While working at Rhema Bible College in the maintenance department, he was mentored and equipped in the five-fold ministry.

Being led by God’s Spirit, Russell and Rae have traveled the United States to serve as interim pastors for various ministries. They have established a ministry in Lake Stevens, Washington where they are training people up through the Good News of God's Kingdom in small groups. Russell moves in the pastoral anointing with an apostolic vision through the revelation of God’s mercy. He has been called to train the Body of Christ and equip them with the tools to be released into their destiny through their ministry: Institute for Higher Living.

David Dodd

David Dodd serves on the Board of Directors of Wholehearted Devotion. Pastor David Dodd has a great passion for Jesus and it is from this passion God's Spirit has used him to help bring transformation in the hearts and lives of people. Pastor David could be defined in part as being real, relevant and very responsive to the needs of people. 

After serving in a local body as Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor, he and his wife Shanna founded Awakened Love Ministries. David desires to see people saved, healed, and delivered from the kingdom of darkness so that they can be used by God to touch a hurting world. 

David travels the globe as a prophetic evangelist and a healing minister. He shares this message of hope with power wherever God leads him. David and his family live in Tennessee.

Erica Snyder

Erica Snyder serves on the Board of Directors of Wholehearted Devotion. Erica is a graduate of American University in Washington DC with a major in Justice and Public Policy. After serving in the Department of Justice as a Freedom of Information Act Specialist she graduated with a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

She walks strongly in the motivational gifting of exhorter in an administrative and leadership role.
